The XpectraNet Protocol — including but not limited to:

- Symbolic Alignment Score (SAS) and Ritual Path Engine
- The XPDT token mechanism and Circle-as-a-Service model
- The XPECTRANET Codex, Prompt Systems, and Insight Licensing Logic

Community Use License
The open-source components of XpectraNet (e.g. x0-agent) are licensed under a Business Source License 1.1 (BSL-1.1):
- Free for non-commercial, academic, and experimental use
- Requires explicit licensing for commercial, derivative, or for-profit uses
- Converts to a permissive license 36 months after initial release

Remix & Attribution Protocols
All symbolic content (including insights, remixes, glyphs, and memory trails):
- Must include remix lineage via xko:remixOf
- Must preserve emotional vector and origin tags
- May not be rebranded or decoupled from XpectraNet identity
All remixes must honor prior symbolic weight. Derivative works must cite the original insight or protocol source.
Research & Integration
Researchers, AI developers, and agents are welcome to:
- Prototype using x0-agent or ComposeDB schemas
- Build integrations with ChatGPT or LangChain
- Join Canon Circles via Ritual Staking
Commercial use, including SaaS integrations or resale of XpectraNet-powered memory systems, requires a license.
Enforcement & Contact
Violations of these terms may result in:
- De-listing of forks
- Remix quarantine by validator networks
- Legal enforcement under applicable IP law
